Childhood Vaccinations

  • Childhood vaccinations are available Tuesdays & Thursdays only

  • Please bring your child's Health Centre book to be updated with current vaccines

  • Information will be passed on to The Australian Immunisation Register

Travel Vaccinations

  • Check this link to see which travel vaccines are required for your destination

  • A consultation is required and appointments are not available

  • Your GP will write a prescription which you will be required to purchase and return with the vaccine

Recall & Reminder System

  • Patients will automatically be enrolled in a reminder/recall system

  • If you have been forwarded a recall or reminder and prefer to be removed from our register, please notify reception of your wishes

Tests & Results

  • Belmont Bulkbilling Clinic strives to ensure that you are given sufficient information regarding the importance, benefits and risks associated with tests which have been arranged for you

  • It is the responsibility of the patient to return and follow up on test results

  • No appointment is necessary and you do not need to see the same doctor if it is more convenient

Medicare & Veteran Affairs Cards

  • A valid Medicare or Veteran Affairs Cards MUST be presented to reception on arrival in order to be bulkbilled

Work Cover & TAC

  • Patients are required to pay an account on the day of service and claim expenses back from their employer/insurance company

Overseas Students

  • Students holding a valid BUPA or Allianz OSHC card are welcome and their account will be directly billed to the insurance company with no out of pocket expense
